DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE NEXT SHOW PRIOR TO THE CLOSE OF THE PRESENT ONE, WE
WILL NOT GUARANTEE SPACE EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN DOING THE SHOWS ON A REGULAR
BASIS. WE MUST HAVE YOUR APPLICATION AND DEPOSIT TO ASSIGN YOU A SPACE.
DO NOT ENTER A
BOOTH THAT IS UNATTENDED OR CLOSED.
SET UP AND EXHIBITOR BADGES
When you arrive, you
will receive identification badges at the Registration table. We provide
identification badges as a security measure. You must wear them at all
times. DO NOT GIVE ID BADGES TO ANYONE NOT WORKING THE SHOW WITH YOU.
There will be a $5.00 Fee for lost Exhibitor Badges. We suggest that you
staple or tape them in the holders in order to prevent loss.
Most shows are two-day
shows some are three-day and we require that you set up for all scheduled
days. All booths must be set up 30 minutes before the show. You must notify
us in advance if you cannot be set up by that time. No refund or roll over
for “no shows”. Your space will be reassigned.
SECURITY
24 hour security is
provided. We recommend that you cover your display overnight. Booth Closed
signs are available at the registration desk. Management is not
responsible for merchandise missing from any booth during set up hours and
show hours
CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 14 DAYS BEFORE
ANY SHOW TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
If you give us less than 14 days notice, you are responsible for full
payment of the space.
DISPLAY
All dealers must remain
inside the lines of their booths. The aisles must remain completely clear.
This will be strictly enforced. Table Covers must reach the floor - all
boxes must be out of sight.
We offer pegboards, drapery & showcases
through various decorator services. Consult your confirmation for the phone
number of the decorator providing services for that specific show.
UNLOADING AND
LOADING
After unloading
merchandise, you must promptly move your vehicles from the loading areas.
ALL DEALERS must park in designated parking areas.
TABLES
Do not remove tables
from another space. If the tables you requested are not in your space,
notify a staff member.
CHAIRS
Chairs are not provided. Please bring
your own.
ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS
Extension cords and multiple outlet strips
are your responsibility if electrical service is provided.
EARLY PACKING OR
DEPARTING FROM THE SHOW
We do not permit packing
until the show has closed. Early packing is grounds for dismissal from
future shows. All dealers must clean up their spaces.
TAXES
Dealers are required to charge state sales tax and file with the appropriate
state in accordance with their rules and regulations.
INDEMNITY
Manager, its agents, officers or employees shall not be liable for property
damage or personal injury to Exhibitor, its agents or employees, which may
occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such
injury or damage may have occurred. Exhibitor waives any claim against
Manager and assumes all liability for loss or damage to Exhibitor’s property
entrusted to the premises. Exhibitor shall hold Manager harmless and shall
indemnify Manager against all liability or expenses arising out of any claim
of injury or damage to any person or property, together with all costs in
connection with the defense thereto.
In case of disputes, the show
manager has the final word. Failure to follow any of the above rules may
result in suspension from future shows.
